mydex (“we”) operates a perpetual-futures trading interface at mydex.trade. This notice describes what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Login email, handled by our authentication provider (Privy).
• Trading data: orders, positions, balances, and related activity on this service.
• Minimal technical logs (time, browser/device) for security and operations.
• Withdrawal addresses that you submit.

How we use it

• Authenticate your session and keep it signed in until you log out.
• Execute and record trades, deposits, and withdrawals.
• Prevent abuse and support the service.

Processors

We use Privy (email one-time codes), Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (withdrawal confirmation mail), and market-data sources such as Hyperliquid. We do not sell your personal data.

Storage

The browser may keep session and preference keys locally (prefixed mdx_). You can clear them in your browser settings.

Your requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete account data through in-app support channels.
